Boarding Reservations and Cancellation Policy
Reservations with a credit card (visa or MasterCard) are required for all overnight stays.
Holiday stays require $50 per family to hold a reservation, and will be applied to holiday boarding charges. This deposit is refundable only if you cancel your reservation fourteen (14) days or more in advance of your intended stay; otherwise the $50 is forfeited.
All non-holiday boarding cancellations with less than twenty four (24) hours notice will be charged one nights fees.
Daycare Reservations and Cancellation Policy
If you dog is not here by 9am, we will consider you a no-show and fill your spot with another dog. So please call us by 6:00pm the prior day to cancel your daycare visit.... we can then offer that to someone that needs us in an emergency.
